LAHORE: A command conference was held at Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Punjab), Lahore. The meeting was chaired by Director General Major General Azhar Naveed Hayat Khan, attended by all commanders and senior staff officers. During the meeting, operational, internal security, training and administrative matters were discussed.
