TIMERGARA: Member district council Malik Ahmad Shah on Sunday demanded the government to provide basic facilities to the people residing in Pak-Afghan border areas. He deplored that people residing on Pak-Afghan border at Maskini Dara and Bin Shahi areas were deprived of basic needs of life but elected representatives ignored them. He expressed these views while talking to local journalists in Maskini village in the Pak-Afghan border area.
“The computerised NIC of those playing a proactive role in guarding borders of the country have been blocked over suspicion and even they are not allowed to migrate from the area due to extreme cold weather for lack of basic needs of life.”Meanwhile, members of village council Sheena in the border area at Samarbagh lashed out at the government for lack of facilities.
