Millennials excel in Cambridge International Examinations

Students of the Roots Millennium School (RMS), I-9/3 Campus, performed well in the Cambridge International Examinations, says a press release.
As many as 19 students from Roots were able to secure distinctions in various subjects.
Zeeshan Shahid and Taimoor Nasir topped in Pakistan in the Cambridge IGCSE level.
Aashir Shahid got in best across five Cambridge International AS Levels, while Zeeshan Shahid topped in Pakistan in Chemistry, Taimoor Nasir topped in Pakistan in First Language English. Taimoor Nasir also got High Achievement Award in Additional Mathematics IGCSE Cambridge.
Aina Jamshed Khanzada topped in Accounting and Information & Communication Technology in Islamabad, while Usama Bin Shafqat topped in Applied ICT in Cambridge International A Level.
Uzma Yousuf Zaka, country director, Pakistan, says: “I am very proud to congratulate learners across Pakistan on their outstanding results in the Cambridge examinations. It is encouraging to acknowledge the high standards of education offered by schools across the country reflected through these exceptional results". RMS Chief Executive Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq, TI, principals, headmistresses, counsellors and students celebrated the achievement all over Islamabad. A ceremony was held at the RCI, Millennium Campus, I-9/3, in which students were awarded prizes. The high-achievers expressed gratitude for the opportunities provided to them by the school and stressed that their outstanding achievements would not have been possible without the support and constant encouragement of their school, counsellors, teachers and headmistresses.
