Police claimed to have seized 60,000 litres of Iranian diesel during a raid in the Mochko area on Saturday.
Keamari SP Arif Aziz said a police team foiled a smuggling bid as they a vehicle on National Highway. He said 60,000 liters of Iran’s diesel was seized from a tanker, bearing registration number TLZ-664. Driver Ghulam Rasool was arrested on the spot and handed over to customs authorities for further action.
