GUJRANWALA: A 13-year-old girl received burns in a cylinder blast at Alipur Chattha on Sunday. Maria was standing in the kitchen of her house when a gas cylinder suddenly exploded. As a result, Maria received serious burns. She was shifted to the DHQ Hospital from where the doctors referred her to a Lahore hospital due to critical condition.

BAHAWALPUR: The PPP Women Wing took out a ‘Go Nawaz Go’ rally near Bahawalnagar on Sunday. The rally was led by PPP Women Wing leader Nazia Ayub from Sifi Chowk up to Noorsar Chowk. The participants were holding the party flags and chanting slogans against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. They were also carrying banners and demanding immediate resignation of the prime minister. Addressing the rally, Nazia Ayub said that democracy and corruption could not go side by side. Now, it was the right time to oust Nawaz Sharif as corruption of billions of rupees against him and his family had been exposed.
