Islamabad: Chief Executive Officer Islamabad Electric Supply Company (Iesco) Dr Abdul Jabbar has directed for change all malfunctioning meters and transformers in all sub-divisions during winter.
Chairing a monthly review meeting here the CEO also directed the concerned quarters to ensure supply of required materials to the sub-divisions in this regard. He said minimum loadshedding would be carried out in next summer and the power demand would also increase.
Dr Abdul Jabbar said it was need of the hour to replace all low efficiency transformers before the summer season. Individual performance of all field officers were also reviewed in the meeting besides setting new targets for December. The meeting was also attended by Iesco Chief Engineer Customer Services Basit Zaman, Chief Engineer Operation Muhammad Kalim Khan and other senior officials.
