DBA strike against establishment of military courts

NANKANA SAHIB: The District Bar Association members on Wednesday observed a complete strike against the establishment of military courts here.
The lawyers boycotted the courts proceedings to register their protest. The litigants faced severe problems who had came to the District Courts from far-flung areas.
Man shot dead

NANKANA SAHIB: A man was shot dead at Bucheki on Tuesday night.
Zahid Iqbal was standing outside his house when some unknown accused shot him dead. Police have registered a case.
CASH SNATCHED: A dacoity incident was reported near Chak Marrar on Wednesday.
Muhammad Riaz was on his way by a truck when four unidentified bandits intercepted his vehicle and snatched cash from him.
