The students of Roots IVY International, DHA-1 campus expressed the spirit of sharing, sacrifice and empathy on the occasion of Eidul Azha as they presented special goody bags containing books and gifts for the girls and boys of SOS Children's Village, Rawalpindi, says a press release.

IGCSE1/O-1 level students visited SOS Children's Village, Rawalpindi after attending a lecture that emphasised on the importance of social responsibility among the youth of Pakistan. Roots IVY International Schools CEO Khadija Mushtaq highlighted that every student at Roots IVY is sensitised toward their society to make a positive change and guided to make their community a better place to live in.

Education is a vast field that encompasses the complete development of a child i.e. developing wholesome personalities by bringing out the very best in each child intellectually, culturally, morally and spiritually.

Roots IVY's education system revolves around its mission statement which believes that every child is 'unique' and it is the teacher who has to uncover the uniqueness in each child and gradually nurture the potential talent with encouragement, affirmation and love. At Roots DHA1/IVY Flagship campus life is never still. Everyday dawns with a new idea, a new beginning and a new journey. Humanistic values are inculcated in students right from the time they enter the corridors of Roots at a very tender age. As a result all high school students alongside their rigorous studies are actively engaged in numerous welfare initiatives.
