Two children were among four people injured when a balloon vendor’s helium cylinder burst in Hazara Colony, Kala Pul on Friday.
Defence police identified the injured as seven-year-old Komal, 10-year-old Haris, Nadeem, 29, and Sarwar, 50. All four were shifted to the Jinnah hospital for treatment.
