Elizabeth Banks takes a thrilling turn in upcoming ‘DreamQuil’

Elizabeth Banks’ upcoming movie’s trailer revealed exciting details.

In the upcoming sci-fi drama, DreamQuil stars Elizabeth Banks as Carol-Too and John C. Reilly portrayed her husband, Gary while Sophia Boutella played the character of Margo Case, who is atechnology program’s CEO.

The movie’s first-look, shared by People Magazine, showed Elizabeth struggling with unpleasant home life but eventually she discovers technology through Sophia that “works with your memories and neural pathways to reset how you approach life.”

“This is gonna fix my wrinkles, too?” the leading actress questions in the teaser.

However the movie’s logline teased that she “discovers her worst nightmare when the helper robot sent to assist her family in her absence starts to infringe on her life and identity.”

On the other hand Gary appeared thrilled in the teaser when he saw his wife’s robot double in the house, Gary said, “I feel like we hit the lottery with her. I mean, our own Stepford Wife?”

For those unaware, the actress and producer has done several successful movies, including The Hunger Games, Pitch Perfect, Spider-man, The Lego Movie, Catch Me If You Can, The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Love & Mercy, Charlie’s Angels, Seabiscuit and many more.

It is pertinent to mention here that DreamQuil is set hit theaters on October 29, 2026.
