Prince William steps out in London as uncle's Diana book tops charts

Prince William on Tuesday visited a movie theater in London, a day after his brother Prince Harry made a rare appearance in the city to attend the WellChild Awards.

His sister-in-law, Meghan Markle, was also seen in public on Monday for the first time since her arrival in the UK.

The Prince of Wales’s visit to Act One Cinema coincided with the release of his uncle’s book on his mother, the late Princess Diana.

The book, "Swan Song: Diana, My Sister", was released in Britain on Tuesday, where allegations contained in pre-released excerpts have dominated newspaper front pages for almost a week, helping send it straight to the top of the bestseller list on Amazon.

Kensington Palace released multiple pictures of the future king’s visit to the non-profit venue.

The Prince of Wales was shown handing popcorn to moviegoers and talking to representative linked to the charity.

His pictures were released with the caption: “Stopping by ActOne Cinema, an independent community venue bringing people together through film.

Hearing from representatives at the Film and TV charity about the importance of creating diverse routes into the creative industries.

Great to see organisations working together to help the next generation develop skills, confidence and opportunities both on and off screen.”
