Dolly Parton's nephew hit with firing weeks after her death in shock security shake-up

Dolly Parton's nephew, Bryan Seaver, whom the late county musician asked to deliver her death news, has been fired after serving as a longtime security chief for Parton.

As per reported by TMZ, Bryan received a notice last week that notified Parton's nephew that he and his security team had been replaced by another company.

Bryan's company used to give security to Parton's Nashville home, a warehouse and her museum.

The outlet reported that sources close to the situation claimed Parton's manager Danny Nozell and Pinnacle Bank have made the decision to fire Bryan and his organization.

The new security company has already taken the position following Bryan's termination.

The firing came less than one month after Parton's death on August 25.

An insider close to Bryan revealed that he and his team had been "dismayed by the unexpected and, so far, unexplained actions."

Bryan's Camp told the publisher that they believe the action was taken from a bad intent.

"We remain unshakably resolved to fulfill her final directive to protect her family, and we refuse to be intimidated by those whose actions we believe are being taken in bad faith."

They added, "With the intent to profit from the life of someone who willingly gave so much."
