Kate Cassidy celebrates Liam Payne's birthday: 'I will never stop talking about him'

Kate Cassidy, the former girlfriend of late singer Liam Payne, is paying an emotional tribute on what would have been his 33rd birthday.
Payne, who dated Cassidy for two years, passed away in October 2024 after a balcony fall in Argentina.
In a series of photos and videos shared over the weekend, Cassidy lovingly remembered the former One Directioner, writing in one post, "Your birthday will always be your day. Loving you, remembering you, missing you always. Happy birthday Liam."
The post was packed with personal moments, including photos with their dog and quiet times spent together.
Another post was a recent video of her decorating a birthday cake in his memory, saying at one point, "Today is August 29th, which is a very special someone's birthday. This will now be year 2 of Liam not being here."
She then continued, saying, "Someone once said when a person dies, they die twice. So they die the first time and then the second time when you stop talking about them. I will never stop talking about him. He was a huge part of my life." before crediting him for helping her become who she is today. She also shared more memories linking him.
More videos of them sharing cheerful moments together followed in a third post.
This tribute comes shortly after Cassidy revealed she was having a tattoo removed that was tied to Payne's memory.
She originally got the "444" inking, as well as his initials "LP" on her wrist, in the months after Payne died. The numbers had a special significance to the couple as it was their "angel number."
The social media star often shares tributes to her late boyfriend and signs them off using their angel number.
She explained that the tattoo was one of several she plans to eventually redo, rather than fully remove the sentiment behind it.
Earlier this month, Cassidy also shared a video of her reading aloud one of Payne's handwritten letters, sharing how meaningful his words continue to be nearly two years after his death.
