Martha Stewart hits Meghan Markle 'where it matters most'

Martha Stewart’s comments about Meghan Markle fueled rivalry speculations.

It is said that Martha appears to challenge the Duchess of Success’ lifestyle brand image, while Megan is also ready to compete, as per Radar Online.

It is pertinent to mention that both alleged rivals have recently been in the spotlight when the lifestyle mogul made claims that Megan was talking about her royal visit at a party after her and Prince Harry’s UK meeting with King Charles.

As the former actress had revealed to People Magazine on August 5, "We were both guests at a dinner party in California. And she had just gotten back from the palace.”

"I didn't talk to her really more than to say a couple words, but I know she was talking about it," Martha added.

She further noted, "If you're an actress, it's hard to then transition to a princess and then from a princess into a homemaking guru on a television show."

Following the matter, a source said that Martha’s comments could be her way of getting attention, saying, "No one thinks it's an accident that she managed to make Markle look bad and get herself a load of attention in the process."

Adding, "Martha does not like other people coming into the lifestyle space. When she feels at all threatened, she goes on the attack."

And calls her claims "are the perfect example of how dirty she plays."

While another source said that Meghan would not back down, "Instead she's going to hit her where it matters most, by taking some of her market share."

They continued, "It may not happen tomorrow but she's vowing it will happen."

"She believes Martha's nasty comments are proof she's running scared.”

"Whether Martha believes it or not, cooking is something Meghan is invested in and takes seriously," the source further claimed.
