Vancouver, despite sitting at the bottom of the NHL standings with 56 points, was steady throughout the game.

Curtis Douglas, Jake DeBrusk and Brock Boeser each scored for the Canucks, while goaltender Nikita Tolopilo made 24 saves.

Anaheim was led by Cutter Gauthier, who scored twice to reach a career-high 40 goals this season.
