Kristi Noem’s representative has claimed that she was devastated after photos of her husband crossdressing life came to light and that the family was ‘blindsided.’
Kristi and Bryon Noem met in high school, married in 1992, and share daughters Kassidy, and Kennedy and a son Booker.
An expert has claimed that following the scandal, one question is getting louder by the minute: Did Kristi really have no idea?
In his substack, Rob Shuter has claimed “That’s not how people are reading this. There’s real skepticism.”
Citing the insiders, the expert said the revelations point to a pattern of behavior — not a one-off surprise.
“This wasn’t something that happened overnight,” the close confidant said and added “Which is why people are struggling with the idea she knew nothing.”
Also in Washington, that doubt matters.
The source said, “When something this big surfaces, people start connecting dots. They ask what was visible, what was ignored — and what was understood.”
No one is claiming definitive answers.
The whispers are getting louder, he said.
An insider said carefully, “Either she didn’t know or she knew more than is being said publicly.”
“This is no longer just about the scandal,” the insider adds. “It’s about credibility.”
The insider continued, “The official story says one thing.” “But not everyone is convinced.”
