It tweeted, “NEW: The Princess of Wales, Colonel, Irish Guards, will attend the St Patrick's Day Parade at Mons Barracks in Aldershot on Tuesday, 17th March.”

Last year, Kate Middleton spent the holiday with the regiment for the first time in two years after announcing that she's in remission from cancer.

Kate made a triumphant return to the St. Patrick's Day parade organized by the Irish Guards at the Wellington Barracks in London.

The Princess of Wales has been honorary Colonel of the regiment since 2022 and had a royal first by attending the event alone for the first time in the ceremonial role.

Previously, she and Prince William typically attended the Irish Guards' St. Patrick's Day march together, as he was their Colonel from 2011 to 2022.

Kate Middleton is being described by insiders as the "backbone" of the British monarchy as pressure mounts on Prince William.

According to the Radar Online, Kate has become a central stabilizing force within the royal household during one of the most turbulent periods the monarchy has faced in decades.

Kate and Prince William have been tasked with preparing to lead the monarchy into its next era.
