NJ Transit bus and rail services are resuming with modified schedules following the recent winter storm.
The agency announced that most rail lines will operate on a Presidents' Day holiday schedule, with some adjustments. The Atlantic City Rail Line will run on a regular weekday schedule.
On the Morristown, Gladstone and Montclair Boonton lines, Midtown Direct trains to Penn Station New York will be diverted to Hoboken. Cross honoring will be available through PATH, NY Waterway Ferry and NJ Transit 126 bus service.
The Pascack Valley, Main Bergen and Port Jervis lines will operate on a Presidents' Day schedule.
Due to ongoing Amtrak work to clear snow from track switches, Northeast Corridor trains will run between Trenton and Metropark before operating express to Newark Penn Station. Local stops between Metropark and Newark will not be made.
Service remains suspended on the North Jersey Coast Line and Raritan Valley Line. NJ Transit said full service on those lines depends on Amtrak completing its snow removal work.
