Andrew makes new demand to King Charles to leave Royal Lodge

Former Duke of York Andrew has been served formal notice to surrender the lease and move to alternative private accommodation.

However, a royal expert has claimed that Andrew has made a new demand to King Charles before leaving the royal residence.

Royal expert Rob Shuter has claimed, “Andrew is not just refusing to leave Royal Lodge, he’s practically super-gluing himself to the furniture.

“Get this: he’s telling people he wants £75,000,000 to even think about moving out. I know. I KNOW. I had to sip water,” Rob continued.

Citing the insiders, the royal expert claimed, “Andrew is also insisting on a giant six- or seven-bedroom house on the Sandringham Estate as his “replacement.”

“And not just a house — he wants the whole package. A cook, a gardener, a housekeeper, a driver… basically a full-time staff to keep his life running exactly the way it runs at Royal Lodge. And of course, police protection too.”

The royal insiders further said years ago, Andrew prepaid £8.5 million for a 75-year lease on Royal Lodge. And that lease? It has legal force. “Meaning King Charles can’t just toss him out like yesterday’s scones.”

Rob Shuter further disclosed “So for now? Andrew is staying put. The deal isn’t done, negotiations are crawling, and I’m hearing he might hang on for months — maybe longer.”

King Charles has initiated a formal process to remove the style, titles and honours of Andrew over his links to Jeffrey Epstein.
