LAHORE: No relief to the general public from the artificial and actual food inflation as the rates of majority of the seasonal vegetables kept on increasing this week as well while the sellers didn’t not pass on the impact in case where it was reduced.

It is believed that the writ of the government has been vanished from the shopkeepers and they have now no fear of the government authorities. Furthermore, the authorities concerned were also not seen working properly to handle the issue, rather kept busy in the eyewash optics of the price control. This attitude has been tolling heavily to the public which is already suffering from the high energy tariffs and their home budget issues.
