Islamabad: Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination observed “Black Day” against the Indian atrocities in Occupied Kashmir on Wednesday, says a press release. Raja Muhammad Nadir Ali, Secretary Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination along with all the officers and staff of the ministry wore black bands on their arms during working hours on July 20. Special prayer was also offered for the martyred Kashmiris and independence of Kashmir from Indian clutches.
