Bilawal meets PPP delegation from Chitral

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Thursday met a delegation of PPP leaders from Chitral to discuss the political situation in the area and issues faced by its residents.

Bilawal was accompanied by PPP Secretary General Humayun Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa President Mohammad Ali Shah Bacha, and General Secretary Shuja Khan during the meeting, which took place at Zardari House. The delegation briefed the PPP chairman on the prevailing political environment and apprised him of the challenges being faced by the people of Chitral. Separately, Bilawal also met PPP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Vice President and former provincial minister Saleem Khan, along with PPP Lower Chitral President Fazal Rabi, Upper Chitral President Saeed Sher Hussain Shah, and Provincial Council members Sarfraz Shah and Niaz Ahmed. Matters related to party organisation and development issues in the region were discussed.
