A rising TikTok star of the Honduran entertainment industry, 21-year-old, Jennifer Nicole Rivas, was found dead at home in Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras, a country in Central America, on October 1, 2025.
The young Jennifer Nicole had built a loyal fan following both online and onscreen, as she was also a television personality.
The news of her demise was shared by Honduran podcast El Showsero TV, hosted by YouTuber Gazu Bbx on his Instagram handle.
He wrote, “With deep sorrow, El Showsero TV and the whole team of El Eventazo: Pickle War, we mourn the irreparable loss of our beloved participant Jennifer Rivas, from the Los del Barrio team.”
He continued, “A person full of energy and enthusiasm who left a mark on every moment shared.”
Nicole Rivas's fans and colleagues poured their grief into the comments sections of tribute posts, sending prayers and condolences.
Fellow creators also shared heartfelt messages, with one heartbroken friend recalling their shared goals and dreams that would now remain unfinished.
Jennifer Nicole had already made her mark as a popular name in the Honduran media industry.
She had appeared onscreen on CHTV while she enjoyed a strong social media presence.
On TikTok, she garnered over 100,000 followers, while her Instagram followers reached 16,000, where she often posted joyful content.
Unfortunately, just a day before her passing, Jennifer posted a photo on Instagram from a pickleball court, saying she was preparing for a game.
The image is not haunting to many of her fans and colleagues.
As per multiple media reports, Jennifer Nicole's death is linked to an epileptic seizure, and she was on medication for the condition.
As reported by the local broadcaster HCH Television Digital, the star had been battling with the condition and was getting treatment under medication.
Her family shared similar concerns, requesting privacy as they navigate this difficult period.
