ISLAMABAD: A case has been registered against accused Khurram Amin and CDA officials for transferring ownership of a plot in D-13/4 through a fake power of attorney.
According to the FIR, the accused, a resident of Rahim Yar Khan, in collusion with CDA officials, submitted a forged power of attorney and had the ownership of five plots in D-13/4 transferred.
The fake power of attorney and documents were concealed by CDA officials, while the ownership transfer process was carried forward, which falls under criminal conduct. Consequently, a case has been registered against the accused along with three CDA officials.
