ISLAMABAD: Ashfaq Ahmad Khalil, an officer of Information Group, has assumed charge of the Additional Secretary (BS-21) in Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, says a notification. Earlier, he was working as Joint Secretary (BS-20), in the same minister.
