DUBAI: The CEO of telecommunications group VEON VEON-RX.MM said at a roundtable on Wednesday that it is in talks with investors in both Iraq and Syria.

VEON, the parent company of leading mobile operators Ukraine’s Kyivstar and Pakistan’s Jazz, moved its headquarters last year from the Netherlands after delisting from Amsterdam to Dubai in an attempt to boost visibility among Gulf investors.
