ISLAMABAD: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Wednesday indicted an accused in the case of crushing Rangers personnel during the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) November 26 protest.
ATC judge Tahir Abbas Supra indicted Hashim Abbasi in the case, who appeared in the court with his lawyers and pleaded not guilty.
The court summoned the prosecution witnesses on the next date of hearing on June 4.
Ramna police station had registered the case in which PTI founder Imran Khan’s spouse Bushra Bibi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and others have been nominated.
