FAISALABAD: A woman died after allegedly being administered herbal remedy by her husband in hope of conceiving a child at Chak 106/JB in the linits of Chak Jhumra police.
According to police report, Sana Noor was infertile and her husband Nosher sought treatment from a local herbalist (hakeem). After consuming the prescribed medicine, she developed severe kidney complications and eventually died at a hospital.
The police have registered a case against the husband and the hakeem.
