ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) has announced June 16, 2025 as the date from which its summer vacation will commence, while the court will re-open on Monday, Sept 8, 2025.
According to a notification, issued on behalf of the SC Registrar office, CJP Justice Yahya Afridi announced the date of summer vacation under Rule 4 of Order II of Supreme Court Rules, 1980. However, the apex court offices will remain open, except for the public holidays, and urgent cases, date by court cases, criminal cases and any case as directed by committees under the Supreme Court (Practice and Procedure) Act, 2023 and under Article 191A of the Constitution, will be fixed before available benches.
