ISLAMABAD. The Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Tahir Abbas Supra has provided copies of the challan to the accused in the case involving the alleged crushing of Rangers personnel by PTI activists during the November 26 protest.
During the hearing on Wednesday, the accused, Hashim Abbasi, appeared in court alongside his legal representatives. The court formally presented copies of the challan to the accused, Hashim Abbasi. The court is scheduled to indict him at the next hearing. To date, the prosecution has submitted a challan against the accused Hashim Abbasi.
The court has adjourned the hearing of the case until May 21. It’s noted that a separate case has been registered against PTI leaders Bushra Bibi, Ali Amin Gandapur, and others at the Ramna police station.
