First Lady of Pakistan and MNA Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Women Wing Central President Faryal Talpur on Sunday jointly chaired a meeting to review overall political situation of the country and ongoing public contact drive of the PPP.
The meeting was held at the Zardari House and attended by Sindh PPP President Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, General Secretary Waqar Mehdi and Information Secretary Aajiz Dhamrah along with provincial ministers Azra Fazal Pechuho, Ziaul Hassan Lanjar, Ali Hassan Zardari and Shahid Abdul Salam Taheem.
The participants of the meeting put forth their suggestions for the success of the upcoming public meeting of the PPP in Nawabshah on May 9.
Aseefa and Faryal issued directives to parliamentarians, local government representatives and party office-bearers regarding arrangements for the public meeting. The participants of the meeting were informed that PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari would deliver an address at the upcoming public meeting.
MPAs Shohail Siyal, Ghulam Qadir Chandio, Dr Bahadur Dahari, Jawed Iqbal Arian, Syed Hassan Ali Shah, Syed Sarfaraz Hussain Shah, Mumtaz Chandio, Jam Shabbir and Paras Dero were also present on the occasion.
