RAWALPINDI: The Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorism Special Court has adjourned the hearings of 11 separate cases related to the violent protests on May 9, which involved arson, attacks on important installations, damage to private and government properties, and assaults on police officers and personnel.
The hearings have been rescheduled for February 27.
During the hearing, police presented the challans for these cases in court, and all accused individuals, including Ghulam Sarwar Khan and Colonel (retd) Shabbir Awan, were in attendance. The court staff called upon the accused before the police submitted the challans, following which the court adjourned proceedings until the next hearing date.
