ISLAMABAD: The court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka adjourned the hearing on the request of the SHO for time to file a report in the 22A application filed to register a case against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and others.
During the hearing, petitioner Gul Khan’s lawyer Bashir Khan Wazir appeared in the court and sought more time to submit the report on behalf of the SHO Police Station Secretariat, on which the court granted more time and adjourned the hearing till February 24. The son of petitioner Gul Khan was allegedly killed in D-Chowk on November 26. The petitioner has requested the registration of a case against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and others.
