Islamabad:Ambassador of Germany to Pakistan Alfred Grannas hosted a warm reception in honour of the German hockey team from the Wiesbadener Tennis - und Hockey-Club, which is currently in Pakistan to participate in friendly matches under the Prime Minister's Youth Programme.
The event, which was attended by noted political figures and members of the sports fraternity, underscored the significance of sports in strengthening German-Pakistan relations.
