Islamabad : On the call of Tehreek-e-Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya (TNFJ) ‘Youm e Adal’ (the ‘Day of Justice) was observed across the country on Friday, to celebrate the appearance of Imam Mahdi (A.S.), the last saviour of humanity, says a press release.
‘Milad’ gatherings were held in all small and large cities, and on the night of 15th Sha’ban, all Shia mosques and Imambargahs hosted night-long vigils, collective prayers, and supplications. At dawn, ‘Areezajaat’ (the letters of supplications) were cast into rivers, lakes, and the sea. Scholars and orators highlighted the philosophy of Imam Mahdi’s advent during special gatherings, offering prayers for the hastening of his reappearance and an end to the suffering of humanity, including the oppressed in Kashmir and Palestine.
