RAHIM YAR KHAN: Police, in a targeted operation in Kacha, recovered four abductees, including two real brothers belonging to a minority community.

Last night, the Ahmedpur Lama police conducted a raid in the Kacha area and safely rescued three persons from the minority community.

Among them were two brothers, Shamirji and Shamanji, along with Sajan, who had been kidnapped 15 days ago by the Andhra gang from the Chowk Swetra area.

The kidnappers had released a social media video demanding the release of their associates in exchange for the abductees.

In a separate recovery, the police also rescued Faizan, who had been kidnapped from the Taj Chowk area a month and a half ago. The kidnappers had demanded a hefty ransom for his release.
