Raids continue for fugitive PTI workers over May 9 violence

Security forces continue to conduct raids based on intelligence reports to arrest the fugitive Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers who were booked under terrorism charges for their alleged involvement in the May 9 violence. However, no arrests have been made so far.

According to sources, raids were conducted at various locations to apprehend high-profile suspects wanted under terrorism charges, including Muhammad Zohaib, son of Muhammad Ashraf, Muhammad Aamir Khan, son of Muhammad Anwar Khan, Kaleem Uddin, son of Muhammad Rafi Uddin, and Javed Ghazanfar Ali, son of Ghazanfar Ali Qureshi.

Sources revealed that the fugitives have gone into hiding due to fear of arrest. Police and intelligence agencies have deployed informant networks to ensure their capture. The campaign to apprehend the fugitive suspects is actively under way.
