RAWALPINDI: Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand has adjourned the hearing of the Toshakhana-2 case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi for acquiring expensive jewellery from a Bulgarian company until December 30 due to the unavailability of the accused’s lawyers.
Bushra’s lawyer Arshad Tabrez appeared in the court, but Imran’s lawyer Salman Safdar and Qousin Faisal Mufti requested the court to adjourn the hearing due to their personal engagements. Due to the absence of the lawyers, the statement of the prosecution witness could not be recorded and the court adjourned the hearing until December 30.
