In 2023, the UAE’s tourism sector contributed AED 220 billion to the GDP, employing over 800,000 individuals. In 2024, the UAE was the 6th most visited destination globally for international tourism receipts. Dubai was the third most visited city in the world in 2023, with 17 million international visitors. By 2030, the sector is expected to reach an economic contribution of $100 billion.

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

This architectural masterpiece is one of the world’s largest mosques, blending Islamic, Moorish, and Mughal designs. The late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan built this mosque to convey historic consequence and to embody the Islamic message of peace, tolerance and diversity.
