PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur expressed optimism earlier in the morning about resolving issues related to the release of PTI leader Imran Khan, responding positively to inquiries about the progress of negotiations. However, by the evening, tensions escalated, with no significant breakthrough achieved.
This correspondent contacted Chief Minister Ali Amin Ganadapur in the morning and sent him a few message regarding negotiations.
The last message was “you are near to a break through”. He responded “Inshallah”.
Credible sources indicate that the primary sticking point remains Imran Khan’s incarceration, which has not been resolved despite ongoing discussions.
However later on, Gandapur has vowed not to rest or return home until Imran Khan is freed, framing the struggle as essential for achieving “Haqeeqi Azadi”
