ISLAMABAD: No decision could be taken on the acquittal petitions of the PTI founder Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana II case on Tuesday due to the unavailability of Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand.
The court postponed the decision on the acquittal petitions until November 14.
The accountability court had reserved its judgment on the acquittal pleas of the former ruling couple in the case and decided to give decision on November 12.
During the hearing, Imran’s lawyer and special public prosecutor completed their arguments on the pleas.
