QUETTA: The provincial president of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Dawood Shah Kakar and Syed Sadiq Agha were released from the Quetta district jail.
According to details, both leaders were released on Thursday following orders from the Quetta deputy commissioner after a call for protest was withdrawn.
It is noteworthy that Dawood Shah Kakar and Sadiq Agha were arrested by the police under 3-MPO four days ago and were transferred to Quetta district jail.
Upon their release, the PTI workers gathered outside the jail to welcome them. They chanted slogans in favour of Imran Khan and made their way to the provincial PTI office, celebrating the release of their leaders.
