Zafar affirmed JI's commitment to enhancing local governance to ensure effective service delivery to the people. He praised the JI's representatives who, despite limitations, had been dedicated to serving the community's needs beyond their official responsibilities. Highlighting recent achievements, Zafar noted that from November to June, the party-led efforts had led to the restoration of 83 parks and the installation of 30,000 street lights across Karachi. He underscored that despite lacking authority over the water board, the JI ensured water supply to 10,000 households in New Karachi through pipeline installations.

Speaking at the event, Liaquatabad Town Chairman Abdul Haseeb also commended the efforts of the JI members and dedicated officials who contributed to these developments. The initiatives reflected the JI's ongoing efforts to improve Karachi's infrastructure and quality of life, focusing on essential amenities and community welfare.
