Islamabad: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, introducing an ‘Online Complaint Management System’ (OCMS), chaired a high ranking officers of the federal capital Saturday, a public relations officer said.


He said that the meeting was attended by AIG (Investigation and Complaints) Syed Inayat Ali Shah, along with other police officers.

During the meeting, AIG (Investigation and Complaints) briefed IGP (Islamabad) on the performance of OCMS so far. They discussed issues related to the registration of various types of complaints, their follow-up, and facilitating access.

IGP (Islamabad) issued instructions to revamp the complaint management system and provide maximum facilities to the citizens more effectively. He emphasised that registering citizens' complaints should be made easier and their timely resolution should be ensured. Solving the problems of citizens is the top priority of Islamabad Police, he added.
