PESHAWAR: Shakir Ullah defended his MPhil dissertation at the Abasyn University here on Wednesday. He completed his thesis titled “E-Governance in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Challenges and Prospects” under the supervision of Dr Adeel Khan.The external examiner was Dr Manzoor Ahmad, associate professor Department of Political Science, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.In addition, head of department Tabi Ullah, internal examiner Dr Muhammad Naveed Ul Hassan Shah and other faculty members and students attended the defense ceremony.
