Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is building a grand palace inside 105-mile long Neom The Line.
Mohammed Bin Salman is a mastermind in shaping his outlandish ideas and making the world believe in them. It was not a minute task for him to bring together the $1.5 trillion Neom megacity to construction, according to Luxury Launches.
The multibillion-dollar pair of glass-clad skyscrapers taller than the Empire State Building, stretching for 170 km, a seahorse-shaped island called Sindalah, the ski resort Trojena, and the industrial port Oxagon in Neom have everyone talking about the future of our cities.
More than $237 billion of construction contracts, that are centered around sustainability and innovative living, have already been awarded at Neom, as per a statement by WSJ.
The Line would offer more than seven billion square feet of floor space, which is 29% larger than all of the buildings in New York City combined, the WSJ statement added.
Furthermore, it would be divided into apartments, offices, schools, police stations, museums, and a royal palace.
Interestingly, the last three words of the WSJ report are new and shocking. They inform about a royal palace in Neom City, The Line, precisely befitting the status of a Saudi Crown Prince.
If this palace is fully built in Neom The Line, it will be a global icon and a sparkle to be added in accordance with the Saudi Crown Prince’s luxurious wealth.
