People were confused when a scathing ad about diapers by former United States president Donald Trump recently made headlines in the US.
However, according to the Hindustan Times, the ad was launched by the Lincoln Project, a group of moderate conservatives and former Republican Party members who oppose the former president.
The ad highlighted how "Trump diapers" help the 77-year-old former president when he falls asleep inside the courtroom and "poops in his pants", the report said.
The ad stressed: "With Trump Diapers, you can sit all day in luxurious comfort, whether you're busy ending democracy or just rage-posting on social media without consequence. Trump Diapers let you spread Russian propaganda all day in dry comfort.
“And Trump Diapers make insurrection easy. You'll never need to poop in the Capitol again. Trump Diapers, for when you're losing your sh** in more ways than one."
The ad came after the Republican presidential nominee's supporters started showing up to rallies wearing diapers with a tag line: "Real Men Wear Diapers."
This comes after Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen posted on X, formerly Twitter:"Oh… Von ShitzInPantz. Keep whining, crying and violating the gag order you petulant defendant!"
The tweets came after prosecution, during his hush money trial, accused Trump of violating a gag order related to the case last week. The judge also levied a fine of $9,000 on him for violating the order.
