ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Law and Justice after the approval of President Asif Ali Zardari issued the notification of appointment of Chief Justices of Peshawar High Court (PHC) and Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Thursday.
According to notifications of Ministry of Law and Justice, President approved the appointment of acting Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim as Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court.
The Ministry of Law and Justice also issued the notification of appointment of Justice Muhammad Hashim Khan Kakar, acting Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court as Chief Justice Balochistan High Court.
Besides these appointments, the Ministry of Law and Justice also issued the notification of appointment of additional judges of Peshawar High Court after the approval of President.
According to notification, Justice Fazal Subhan, Justice Shahid Khan and Justice Dr Khurshid Iqbal were appointed as additional judges of the Peshawar High Court.
