CBD completes Route-47 road

LAHORE: Central Business District (CBD) Punjab has successfully completed yet another groundbreaking project, CBD Route 47.

The 4.2-km, 3-lane two-way road, was set to be inaugurated by Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Friday (today) marking a significant milestone in the region's infrastructure development.

Central Business District Chief Executive Officer Punjab, Imran Amin, chaired a comprehensive progress review meeting, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in the final preparations of Central Business District Route 47.

The meeting attended by senior officials including Executive Director Commercial Mohammed Omer, Executive Director Technical, Riaz Hussain, Director Marketing, Waseem Siddiq, Director Project Management, Asif Iqbal, Director Architecture and Planning, Sameer Aftab Sial, and Director Construction, Asif Babar, showcased the collaborative efforts of Central Business District Punjab, NLC, and Nespak.

While addressing the meeting Central Business District Chief Executive Officer Punjab, Imran Amin, said, "CBD Route 47 will improve traffic flow, offering a seamless and efficient commute for the residents of Punjab."

The name Central Business District Route 47 was given to pay homage to the Father of the Nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, his companions and martyrs of independence.

Central Business District Route 47 was strategically designed to provide easy access from Main Boulevard Gulberg, Central Business District Punjab Quaid District, to Walton Road, Central Business District Punjab Bab District.

This transformative project reflects Central Business District Punjab's commitment to enhancing connectivity and infrastructure, contributing to the overall development of the region.
