RUDA conducts balloting for residential plots

LAHORE : Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has conducted a balloting of residential plots in the Chahar Bagh Enclave project at the authority's head office here on Wednesday.

Spanning across a sprawling 186 acres, this residential area seamlessly connects to Chahar Bagh via a 220-foot-wide road. The enclave has a diverse range of residential plots from three marla, five marla, seven marla, 10 marla to one kanal plots.

During the ceremony, the RUDA CEO said Chahar Bagh Enclave signifies a new chapter in modern living. The balloting process ensured that each plot allocation was carried out with the highest standards of integrity, providing equal opportunities to all participants. FPCCI Chairman Zaki Ijaz said, “This project exemplifies the convergence of innovation, sustainability, and community development, setting a benchmark for future endeavors in the urban development landscape”.

FPCCI Chairman Zaki Ijaz was the chief guest at the ceremony. Senior RUDA officials, including COO Mansoor Janjua, ED Commercial Kashif Qureshi, ED Land Rao Muzaffar, ED D&BC Anwar Awan, Director Sales Shehryar Rana, and other dignitaries were also present on this occasion.
